Nanoo Travel also benefits from professional liability coverage, underwritten by MS Amlin Insurance SE (Policy no. LXX 049281), covering all its activities in accordance with applicable legislation.

A transparent organization

We attach great importance to providing clear information before confirming your trip.

  • Clear pricing: Every customized travel proposal clearly specifies which services are included and which are not.
  • Flexibility: If you can no longer leave, the law allows you to assign your contract to a third party, subject to the conditions applicable to the benefits reserved.
  • Assistance: In the event of any difficulty during your trip, Nanoo Travel will do its utmost to assist you and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Your responsibilities in a nutshell

To ensure that your trip runs smoothly, you are responsible for providing certain information and taking certain steps.

  • Important information: Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any questions about health, allergies, special diets, administrative formalities or visas.
  • Trip payment: Unless otherwise specified in your sales contract, a deposit of 30% is required on signature, with the balance to be paid 60 days before departure.
  • During the trip: If you encounter any difficulties on site, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can intervene and help you as quickly as possible.
