General Conditions (based on the Commission de Litiges Commission)

These general terms and conditions apply to all package travel contracts concluded between the customer and Nanoo Travel, in accordance with the law of November 21, 2017 on the sale of package travel, related travel services and travel services.

Nanoo Travel acts exclusively as a travel organizer. The trips offered are tailor-made creations, combining accommodation, transport, excursions and local services according to the customer’s wishes. The customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions before concluding the contract. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Terms of payment

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the trip is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in the contract. This payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card via a secure link.

For bookings made between 15 and 7 days before departure, a 50% deposit is required.

For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required.

The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

Depending on the specific requirements of certain accommodations, service providers or local partners (particularly in high season or for last-minute bookings), a higher deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation by the customer will incur a charge equivalent to the amount of the deposit, as a contractual penalty.

If cancellation occurs after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is retained in full and cannot be reimbursed.

In the event of partial withdrawal (one or more participants cancelling), individual cancellation charges apply. The price of the trip is then readjusted for the remaining participants, and a new contract is issued.

Nanoo Travel strongly recommends that you take out cancellation and assistance/repatriation insurance to cover unforeseen health problems, force majeure or any other event preventing you from taking your trip.

Travel Disputes Commission

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.

If no agreement is reached, the customer may appeal to the Commission de Litiges Voyages (CLV), which is responsible for disputes relating to travel contracts in Belgium.

The present conditions comply with the models proposed by the Commission de Litiges Voyages and are adapted to Nanoo Travel’s activity.
