How do you go from an idea to a tailor-made trip?
It all starts with a discussion to understand your expectations. Do you already have a precise idea of your project? Perfect, the more precise the information you provide (dates, destinations, number of people, budget, accommodation and activity preferences), the more refined the proposal can be from the outset.
Still unsure about certain aspects? No problem. Based on just a few essential details (dates, number of people, destinations to be considered or avoided), we can make suggestions to help you refine your desires.
Once the itinerary has been defined, every detail is fine-tuned to perfectly match your expectations. And before you leave, you’ll receive a personalized travel diary with all the information you need, your favorite addresses and tips on how to make the most of your stay.
Who takes care of reservations and organization?
We take care of everything, from booking accommodation to organizing transfers and activities. Our aim? To enable you to travel with a light mind, without worrying about logistical details.
Key activities and experiences, such as guided safaris or private tours, are booked in advance to guarantee the best availability. For more traditional visits, such as museums or historical monuments, you are free to organize them at your own pace.
Before you leave, you’ll receive a detailed travel guide designed especially for you. It includes your itinerary, day by day, and all the information you need to make the right choices on the spot: suggestions for visits, good addresses, practical advice…
Finally, the offer you receive always clearly specifies what is included and what is not, so that everything is clear from the outset of organizing your trip.
What are the booking, cancellation and payment conditions?
When you receive your customized travel proposal, the budget indicated is subject to availability. Once you have made your decision, we will validate the final cost of your trip together and send you a deposit invoice to confirm your reservation. This is 30% of the total amount; if departure is within 2 months, payment in full is required. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before departure, except in exceptional circumstances which we will inform you of if necessary. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Once your booking has been confirmed, we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests for changes. However, we cannot guarantee that all desired changes can be made.
In the event of cancellation, charges will be applied according to the number of days prior to departure. If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, the 30% deposit is retained. If you cancel between 59 and 30 days before departure, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total price of the trip will be applied. Between 29 and 15 days before departure, cancellation charges will amount to 75% of the total cost of the trip. If cancellation occurs 15 days or less before departure, 100% of the total price of the trip will be due.
